While our DiscBinder® discs have already saved paper equivalent to approximately 12,000 trees, we will continue to seek ways to reduce our carbon footprint, save paper, and maximize the sustainability of our products and service.

Our DiscBinder® discs are produced with the intention to save as much paper as possible. We continually seek ways to reduce the use of unnecessary packaging materials in the distribution of our discs.

It is our policy to duplex print (print on both sides of a sheet of paper) in our production of paper binders and other printed materials.

We seek to obtain our materials, equipment and business services from environmentally-responsible companies and sustainable sources. It is our ongoing commitment to reduce our consumption of goods and energy, recycle equipment and materials, and ensure the proper use, storage and disposal of hazardous materials.

Employee Participation

Our employees don’t just comply with our environmental policy – they wrote it. Our current employees have been leaders in the development of sustainable practices at ClosingBinders.com. New employees are trained to adhere to this policy and encouraged to offer suggestions to further improve upon our efforts.

Client Participation
