We offer reduced "subscription" pricing, and flat-rate pricing, to Bond Counsel who anticipates using our service regularly. Flat-rate pricing lets you know ahead of time how much your transcript will cost, regardless of number of pages or discs, allowing you to present a complete and final bill at settlement.

Flat-Rate Pricing does not require a minimum commitment from you. We simply ask for your good faith promise to keep using our service for so long as we earn your business by keeping you happy with the work we do.

We distribute transcripts for many of our regular clients. Once you've approved the disc, you're done! Just send us your distribution list and cover memo and we'll take care of the rest.

Our project managers have worked with bond documents, paralegals and bond counsel for years. Mark Mansoor, the owner of the company, is a former transactional attorney. We speak your language, understand that you're busy, and always stay focused on producing an accurate transcript quickly and professionally.

Throughout the process, you'll have direct access to your project manager, who will be able to help you with any special requests you may have. Need to swap in a different document, or remove something you didn't mean to include? No problem. It's never too late to make a change, and we're always happy to do whatever it takes to get your transcript right.
